Terms of Service

SHIPPING: All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail within 5-7, or 7-10 business days of received payment. Please contact me if you need/prefer different shipping, need expedited shipping, or for the package to be insured and we will discuss costs.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: I want you to be happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are unhappy or have any questions or concerns, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do whatever I can to promptly help you out.

If need be, you may return your unused item in its original condition within 7 days of purchase and I will gladly do an even exchange or refund (depending on the situation) for the purchase price MINUS the shipping cost - buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.



***Caution***

If you order booties embellished with buttons or other small parts, please be careful as they could be a choking hazards, if not supervised appropriately.
